Topicality
War leads to negative consequences in various spheres of human life:
· Physical health – injuries and wounds, deterioration of health due to deterioration of living conditions and mental disorders
· Mental sphere - mental injuries and disorders
According to estimates by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (MoH of Ukraine), every fifth person in Ukraine (more than 18 million people) is at risk of negative mental health effects caused by the war. They pose a danger even for "stable" people, in case of mental exhaustion and getting used to a long stay in war conditions.
· Social sphere – loss of property, sources of income, means of livelihood, loss of close and socially significant relationships, need for changes (sometimes drastic) and unpreparedness for them...
According to the definition recorded in the WHO Charter, "health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not just the absence of disease and physical defects." It is not possible to completely get rid of the problems of one area without paying attention to others.
Therefore, the population of Ukraine needs comprehensive and effective help in restoring physical, mental and social health, as well as in preventing any health disorders

Tasks:
Providing support for the restoration of psycho-social health and the prevention of its violations
Providing support for the restoration of psycho-physical health and prevention of its disorders
The uniqueness of the project lies in an integrated approach to the restoration of mental, social and physical health, which is achieved through a combination of tools such as psychological counselling, coaching and nature therapy
Nature therapy - allows you to start the process of restoring psycho-physical health through contact with nature and its healing properties
Nature therapy is an inexpensive and effective method for self-care
Nature therapy (similar terms: biophilia, ecotherapy, ecopsychology, human ecology, shinrin-yoku - forest baths) is a unique means of promoting and restoring health with the help of factors and objects of nature.
The project uses shinrin-yoku practices that were introduced, researched, and described by Dr. Qing Li, an associate professor at the Japan Medical School (Tokyo), a world-class specialist in forest bathing. He shared the results of his many years of research, real-life stories of how forest bathing changed people's lives for the better, and his practices in his book Shinrin-yoku: The Japanese Art of Forest Bathing. How Trees Give Us Strength and Joy.
Nature therapy has been implemented at the national level in Japan, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, South Korea, and is being used and researched in other countries. Every day there is more and more evidence that communication with nature is good for health. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there are 10 different mechanisms of nature's beneficial effects on our physical and mental health.
To date, a lot of data has been collected to confirm this effect of shinrin yoga:
- lowers blood pressure
- reduces stress load
- improves the state of the cardiovascular system and metabolism
- lowers blood sugar levels
- improves memory and ability to concentrate
- alleviates the condition of depression
- increases the pain threshold
- charges the body with energy
- stimulates the immune system and helps to increase the number of anti-carcinogenic killer cells
- helps to lose weight
- improves sleep and well-being
- increases productivity and allows you to find the most creative solutions
- gives joy
It has been proven that nature therapy has a healing effect not only through direct contact with nature, but also indirectly, when, for example, seriously ill patients watch trees outside the window, or watch a video of natural landscapes, or listen to a recording of the sounds of nature
Nature therapy is not used as an independent method of treatment

Provided (if resources are available) to citizens of Ukraine who suffered from the war and found themselves in difficult living conditions, and applied for help from the Fund
